Four still wines and four sparkling wines are fermented, blended and bottled on the vineyard, all hand crafted but with as little intervention as possible so that none of the enticing flavour of the wine is lost. All have won numerous international awards over the years.

Carr Taylor Vineyards are one of the premier wine producers in the United Kingdom. Situated within the beautiful and historic Sussex Weald, an area of outstanding natural beauty, they have been crafting fine English wines and sparkling wines for over 35 years.

The Vineyard was initially planted in the early 1970�s as a hobby by David Carr Taylor on 21 acres of fine Wealden sandstone and clay, which provides the perfect environment for healthy plant growth. A rich, ironstone subsoil is tapped by the deep vine roots, which gives the wines their enticing aromatic character.
