The Formula Racing course B is perfect for an outdoor activity. The course is similar to the Formula Racing course A but includes additional 6 laps at increased speed and you will receive pointers and feedback from your instructor after the additional laps.
The Formula B course includes a saloon car demonstration and instruction laps with a qualified racing instructor. After this you will receive a comprehensive briefing, covering the basic driving of a single seater racing car including safety, cornering lines, gear changing, general track behaviour and discipline. This course will overlap for a half day, starting from morning until late afternoon.
After the briefing it is your turn to take the wheel and start driving. You will start out with exercise laps with tutoring of your instructor and will mark what you have learned so far during your briefing. Once you feel ready, the next step is to sit in the single seater, race specification Formula Ford. You will receive instruction on controls, driving position etc. You will then begin your formula racing, consisting of 7 laps, by following one of our instructors who will be driving another racing car (the pace car) ahead. When you have completed your lapping sessions, there will be another debriefing. After this the pacing car will not be ahead of you and you will be able to race faster and smoother.
With the Formula racing course B you will also be able to drive additional 6 laps at higher speed with the instructor discussing any points or problems you will have during your laps.
At the end of your course a certificate of completion will be hand out to you.
