The traditional Golf Course today, usually has 18 holes. However the Golf Course have not always been that way. Back in the 15th centure, golfers at St Andrews in Scotland, started playing golf with a trench through undulating terrain, where you usually playing to holes where locations were affected by topography. Back then, the course featured around 11 holes. You started out playing the 11 holes from the clubhouse then at the end you play them again which ended in total of 22 holes.
