The Experience

This unique package includes 2 nights for you and your friend to stay at the infamous Icehotel in Jukkasjärvvi, located 200 kilometres north of the Polar Circle in north of Sweden. Every winter, visitors from all over the world come to spend nights among iceblocks, ice sculptures with warm reindeer leather that will isolate the cold. You will spend your night in the Icehotel with below 5-8 degrees, but no worries, you will receive proper clothing and other equipment so there is no chance for you to freeze.

In the morning you will wake up to a cup of hot lingonberry beverage, before you explore the beautiful sights of your surroundings, among the Torne River. This is where the hotel borrow its iceblocks from every year to build this remarkable hotel.

This experience for two includes 2 nights at the Icehotel, transfer to and from the closest airport, a guided walk of the hotel, a visit at the Absolut Bar (a bar made all from ice), 90 minutes of driving a icescooter and an unforgettable experience with 90 minutes dogsled. You will also have the opportunity to witness the beautiful phenomena that is Northern lights.

Vital Information

Please be advised to dress accordingly to the climate. It is very cold during this time of the year, so make sure you are dress warmly. If you are not interested in staying in one of the unique icerooms at the Icehotel, regular rooms are available as well at the same hotel.

Dress Code

Optional, but are recommended to bring warm clothes. The cold in north of Sweden is very dry so it is easy to dress warmly without freezing. The Icehotel provide you with warm overalls, hats, gloves and warm shoes during your whole visit.
