Working out can be healthy, rewarding and beneficial. Working out can be lots of things, but it’s never been known to be an exhilarating experience… UNTIL NOW!
Zumba Fitness is a blend of lively Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves leading to a one-of-a-kind workout that will blow you away. The goal is simple: we want you to love working out!
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavour with salsa, merengue, samba and more, and you’ve got a Zumba Fitness Course!
Minimum age is 18 years. Previous experience is not necessary. If you have any health problems or injuries, please check with your doctor before you do this experience.
The Zumba Fitness Course is not weather dependent.
Each class per week will last for 1 hour. Total time of the course is 6 hours running over 6 weeks.
The price mentioned above is for one participant only. Your Zumba Fitness Course will be shared with other participants.
Spectators are welcome to this experience, just come along and watch!
When participating in the Zumba Fitness Course it is highly recommended that you wear workout-gear and a pair of trainers.
The Zumba Fitness Courses are available all year round and will be held three times a week in different venues.
