A fine dining experience awaits in your beautiful carriage, evoking the glamour of the 1930s “Belle” trains. Each of the train’s seven carriages are named after a British castle or stately home and are individually decorated.
Your journey begins as your steward welcomes you on board the Northern Belle and escorts you to your seat. Elegant tables laid with starched tablecloths, uniquely designed silverware and highly polished glasses complement the luxurious carriages.
Fine dining is a highlight of every journey and once you have settled into your seat, a delicious brunch with a Bellini is served. In the care of your steward, sit back and relax in the convivial atmosphere, enjoying the views from your window.
On arrival at your destination, your time is your own to explore the sights and attractions at your own pace. Highlights include Scarborough Castle, the site of some of the most defining battles in England, the Rotunda Museum home to the Bronze Age man and a skeleton of a plesiosaur and of course the beautiful beaches and seafront cafe's. This Victorian Coastal resort is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing afternoon.
Following your sightseeing, rejoin the train for your return journey. A five-course dinner with champagne and a bottle of wine per couple is served as you mull over the many highlights of the day.

You may share a table with other participants. A guaranteed table for 2 people can sometimes be reserved at an extra cost (generally £150 per couple), please request this in the form opposite.
The train is not suitable for wheelchair users. A wheelchair can be stored on board (if foldable), but can't be used on the train. Please note: Train tickets are dispatched 5-7 days prior to departure.
