Vital Information
Please note the itinerary and menu is subject to change, based on the locations' availability, weather, and other circumstances.
Your meeting spot will be in front of St. Giles Cathedral at the West Parliament Square side, opposite the French consulate. Your guide will be waiting with an orange umbrella so they are easy to spot.
The tour normally ends on Jeffrey St or Market St, depending on the day. Technically all three are the same street, but at different parts of the old town.
You can always tell our guide of any food allergies or special dietary requirements you might have, and we will adapt the menu so that you can enjoy the tour.
Children are more than welcome to our tour and it's free for any child 2 years or under. We have had many families attend from all over the world and everyone enjoyed the tour. Unfortunately the tour is not suitable for babies and very young children.
The Weather
Your Edinburgh Whisky and Gin Tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour under extreme weather conditions and you will be rescheduled for another date.

Spectators are not allowed but can join in the tour with their own voucher.
What To Wear
To join the Edinburgh Whisky and Gin Tour for Two you should wear comfortable shoes. There will be around 1.5 hours of walking but it is not too difficult. If you walk slowly, then our guide will walk slowly as well.
Availability
Your Edinburgh Whisky and Gin Tour for Two can be booked from Monday - Sunday, however we advise booking at least two weeks prior for best availability.
