We start off serving fresh Kaltenberg special light, and a tangy Prince Regent Luitpold Hefeweißbier Hell, together with Bavarian cheese and lard with hearty brown bread.
Course 2
To the quaffable King Ludwig Dunkel Dark Wheat Beer and Prince Regent Luitpold we have a "Brauerpfandl" (Juicy Schweinebraten with Krusterl and spicy pork sausage with Sauerkraut and dumplings dark beer with pretzels).

Beer is an alcoholic, carbonated beverage, which is produced by fermentation of the basic ingredients of water, malt and hops. For a controlled activation of the yeast fermentation process is usually added.
