Christmas Presents for Kids

Make Christmas even more exciting with a fun day out.

Christmas is a lot more fun when there’s a brilliant surprise waiting under the tree. This year, give them something they can go out and enjoy, with experiences that keep the excitement going well after Christmas Day.

Animal lovers can visit Dublin Zoo or head out to see dolphins and whales around the Irish coast. For kids who love a bit of competition, go-karting gives them the chance to get out on the track and see how fast they can go.

There are some great family days out too. You could head out on the water to spot seals in Sligo Bay or take a sea safari around Dingle. If you’re looking for something they can keep, there are personalised gifts alongside the experiences.

Some activities are aimed at older children and have minimum age requirements, so check the individual experience before you buy. Have a look through our Christmas presents for kids below and find something they’ll be excited to unwrap.

What are fun Christmas presents for kids?

A day out can be a great surprise if they already have plenty of toys. An animal lover might enjoy Dublin Zoo, while a child who loves racing could have a go at go-karting.

You can also choose something the family can enjoy together and turn their Christmas present into a day out.

What can I get a child who loves animals?

There are some brilliant choices for young animal fans. They can spend the day at Dublin Zoo or head out to sea on a dolphin and whale watching trip.

For something really different, a falconry experience gives them the chance to get much closer to some incredible birds.

Can we choose a Christmas present to enjoy as a family?

Yes. The family dolphin and whale watching experience is an obvious choice if you want everyone involved. A sightseeing and seal watching trip in Sligo Bay is another fun way to spend the day together.

Just check the individual experience details before booking so you know who can take part.

Are all of these Christmas experiences suitable for younger children?

No. The collection covers different ages, and some of the more adventurous activities are only suitable for older children. Minimum ages can also vary between experiences.

Check the restrictions shown on the individual product before buying to make sure the experience is suitable for your child.
