Think you could outshoot a friend? Here's your chance to find out. This clay pigeon shooting experience near Carrick-on-Shannon is designed for two people, with 20 clay targets allocated to each participant.
You'll begin with an introduction to the equipment and a safety demonstration before either of you starts shooting. Beginners are welcome, so there's no need to worry if you've never handled a shotgun before.
Once you're ready, you'll take turns aiming at clay targets fired from an automatic trap. The clays are launched at varying speeds, giving you both the opportunity to practise your timing and see how your accuracy improves.
The shotguns use low-velocity cartridges to reduce recoil against the shoulder. Each of you has 20 clays to shoot at, making this a fun way to try something different together and see how your scores compare.
This experience is for two people and includes 20 clays per person (40 clays in total).
Safety instruction is provided before shooting begins. Firearms are handled under the supervision and control of the activity centre.
