Please visit our activation page to redeem your voucher and begin arranging your City Breaks Europe experience. For the best availability, we recommend starting the process at least four weeks before you plan to travel.
After you redeem your voucher, you can submit your preferred dates and chosen destination. Our booking team will then search for suitable hotel options and send you a selection to review. You can choose the hotel that fits your plans, and our team will confirm the booking for you.
Not all of our hotel breaks have breakfast included but there may be some hotels that will offer this.
City/tourist tax is excluded. Please note that several cities in Europe incur a city/tourist tax which must be paid at the hotel at time of booking or on arrival.
