The Experience
Enjoy a flavour-filled outing with the Gin Tasting Class for Two in Dublin at Stillgarden Distillery.
Begin with a welcome drink before taking a guided tour of the distillery, where you’ll learn about the history of distillation and the botanicals used to create Stillgarden’s distinctive gins. You and your guest will sample four signature gins while discovering the techniques and creativity behind their production.
During the class, you’ll be guided by one of Stillgarden’s gin experts, who will share insights into the process, ingredients, and equipment used in every batch. The session lasts around 60 minutes and ends with a Q&A where you can ask about the distillery’s ethos and sustainability approach.
Non-gin and non-alcoholic options are available when requested in advance. Afterward, stay to enjoy a drink at the bar or try a light-hearted game of corn-hole together.
