Your session will start when you arrive at the Distillery Store which is located right alongside The Temple Bar Pub in Dublin. You will then get settled in at the private bar area.
Your host will pour you a nice cold pint of Guinness alongside three fresh local oysters served with traditional shallots and vinaigrette. As you eat your host will talk you through how the flavours compliment each other and share the history behind the pairing.
While you finish your Guinness and oysters you can take in the atmosphere and listen to the live music coming from the main pub next door.
