The Experience
Scramble, climb, traverse, ledge-leap and swim in Pembrokeshire's rugged coastal waters!
Gear up in a wetsuit, helmet, flotation jacket, and old trainers and immerse yourself in this exciting activity. Experience the thrill of the Atlantic swells rushing through gullies and swirling into plunge pools, creating fun features to explore. Coasteering began in Pembrokeshire over 35 years ago, and it remains a must-do experience for adventurers!
Duration: Half day
Age: 8+
Adventure Times:
Morning: 9:00 – 12:30
Afternoon: 13:30 – 17:00
Please arrive 10 minutes before your activity start time.
Experience Level: Beginner
- No swimming ability required; you just need to be comfortable in deep water with a flotation device.
Important Information
Age limits are flexible; contact us for younger participants.
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
All specialist kit and equipment are included.
A full list of basic items to bring (e.g., bathers, towel, old trainers) will be provided.

Directions will be sent with your booking confirmation. Meet your instructors and get kitted up here.
Transport: You'll need your own transport to drive to the activity location, which is chosen on the day based on tide, swell, and wind conditions for the best experience.
The Weather
Coasteering can generally take place in all weather conditions. Since plenty of venues are offered, we'll choose a location to suit the weather and the requirement of the group. Please note that bigger waves often means more excitement!
Session Length
This is a half day experience. You can expect to spend an approximately two and a half hours actually in, on or around the water on this coasteering experience.
Numbers
Group sizes do vary - but you can be assured that you'll always have an appropriate client to instructor ratio.
Spectators
This adventure activity will take part along the Pembrokeshire coastline. It may be possible to view the activity from some points along the Pembrokeshire coastal path, but this can't be guaranteed. Please contact us for more specific details.
