Half Day Kayaking Adventure

The Experience

Learn how to kayak with the Half Day Kayaking Adventure. We offer two types of kayaks, the sea kayak and top kayak. Sea kayaks with their enclosed cockpits are great for discovering the deep waters of the Fjord using a double sided paddle, and the top kayak is as suggested without an enclosed cockpit. During your Half Day Kayaking Adventure your experienced instructor will give you the option of a relaxing kayaking adventure to Seal Island where you can paddle amongst the seals basking in the sun and take in the beautiful landscapes of Ireland, or you are welcomed to test your kayaking skills with challenges from your instructor, such as swapping kayaks with another person without getting wet; good luck! Vital Information

To participate in the Half Day Kayaking Adventure individuals must be 8+ years of age and fit safely into our buoyancy aids. This adventure requires a minimum of 4 participants to run the activity. Please call to check for the availability of the Half Day Kayaking Adventure.

The Weather

The Half Day Kayaking Adventure is not dependant on weather, so it’s a good idea to come prepared for any weather.

Session Length

The Half Day Kayaking Adventure experience lasts 3 hour, you can choose from either the morning kayaking session 10am-1pm or the afternoon kayaking session from 2pm-5pm.

Numbers

This adventure requires a minimum of 4 participants to run the activity. Please note that the voucher price above is for one participant only.

Spectators

Spectators are not allowed but are instead encouraged to purchase additional vouchers to join the Half Day Kayaking Adventure.

What To Wear

Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a rain jacket just incase.

Availability

The Half Day Kayaking Adventure is available daily and all year around. Please book your adventure two weeks in advance to ensure availability for your date of choice.
