Your Irish coffee making journey starts with a brief welcome and introduction into how Irish coffee was created. You will trace the history of the famous drink from Foynes to venues around the world while hearing entertaining stories about Dublin's rich café and pub culture as you settle in.
Your expert mixologist will coach you through the preparation while offering you practical tips on how to present your Irish coffee with a professional finish.
You will select your ingredients and follow clear instructions on how to build your drink step by step. You will learn along the way how to balance the rich flavours of Irish whiskey, hot coffee and brown sugar. You will also be practising the trick of gently floating chilled cream over the warm liquid.
Once your drink is fully assembled you can spend some time relaxing in the Temple Bar while enjoying your Irish coffee.
Finish your drink and step straight out into the bustling streets of Dublin!
