The Experience
Your session will begin when you arrive at your hosts home in Galway where you will be warmly welcomed into the kitchen.
Your host will then guide you through preparing a traditional Irish stew. You will learn which vegetables work best and which specific cut of lamb gives the best results as you chop ingredients and get the pot simmering on the stove.
While the stew is cooking you will start to make some homemade Irish brown bread from scratch. Throughout the class your host will share practical tips on flavour balancing, kitchen organization and offering options for different dietary needs.
Once everything is ready you will sit down together in the kitchen to enjoy your delicious Irish Stew with a selection of refreshments.
