The Experience
The Jameson Secret Whiskey Tasting for Two provides two tickets to a guided tasting held inside John Jameson’s private office, a room that reflects the early history of the distillery.
This 45-minute session is led by a Jameson Brand Ambassador who explains the background behind Ireland’s most recognisable whiskey. The experience begins with a short introduction to the traditions that shaped the Jameson style, and the tasting follows at a steady pace.
You will sample four premium whiskeys from the distillery’s collection, each selected to show a different flavour profile. One whiskey is a seasonal Maker’s Choice that changes throughout the year, which adds variety to the session and gives returning visitors something new to enjoy.
During the tasting, your guide will show you how to nose and assess whiskey using straightforward techniques that help you notice subtle details. The office provides a fitting backdrop because the room keeps a link to the past without creating a formal atmosphere. The session finishes with an exclusive handcrafted drink prepared only for guests.
