The Experience
This 12-hour kitesurfing course on Achill Island gives you four three-hour lessons at Keel Lake, with time to develop your skills over several sessions.
Whether you're new to kitesurfing or have already taken a lesson, your instructor will help you work towards becoming more confident and independent on the water.
If you're starting as a beginner, you'll learn how to handle the equipment and control the kite before moving on to further techniques as you progress. If you have previous experience, the course provides more time to practise and work on areas where you want to improve. Your progress will depend on your experience and the conditions during each lesson.
You'll learn in a small group of no more than four participants per instructor, with all the necessary equipment provided. The four-session format gives you the opportunity to return to the water and continue developing what you've learned.
