Laurent-Perrier Brut Millésime Vintage 2012 Champagne
Your welcome drink will be a Laurent-Perrier vintage champagne from the very best years. Whilst staying true to the House style of freshness and elegance, the vintage also aims to show the quintessential character of the individual year, with equal parts of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the blend is made from the most prestigious growths in champagne and is bottle-aged in the cellars for a minimum of seven years. The result is an elegant and rounded champagne with a zesty finish. This vintage champagne is white gold in colour with a fine, delicate sparkle. The nose holds elegant fruit aromas leading to a lively palate with a deep and satisfying finish.

Your meal will be served with the La Cuvee Brut NV, which is beautifully balanced with fine streams of flowing bubbles – the hallmark of the finest champagne – leading to delicate citrus and subtle floral notes on the nose. Courtesy of one of the last great family-run houses in champagne.
