When you arrive at the venue, you’ll be welcomed by the spa staff and shown where to get changed before your treatments begin. Your session starts with a 55-minute tailored facial. The therapist carries out a quick skin analysis to see what your skin needs, followed by deep-pore cleansing and exfoliation to clear away dirt and dead skin. After that, you'll receive a calm facial massage and a customised mask, finishing with a layer of intense hydration so your face feels smooth and renewed.
Once your facial is complete, you move straight into a 30-minute back, neck and shoulder massage. As the therapist focuses on these high-tension areas, the physical pressure helps loosen tight knots in your shoulders and release accumulated stress in your upper body. It gives your muscles a chance to soften, helping you feel lighter as the tension eases off.
Finally, you’ll sit down for a 20-minute file and polish for your hands. The therapist shapes your nails neatly and applies a clean coat of polish to leave them looking tidy. Because everything is managed for you in one single visit, you can just sit back and let the team handle all the details from start to finish.

Please book 3-6 weeks in advance for the Serenity Package. You must be 16 years of age or older. You are advised to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are late for any appointment the time will be deducted from your treatment.

The Beauty Spa operates an informal dress code – it is important that you feel at ease. Towels, robes and slippers will be provided by the Beauty Spa on a complimentary basis.
