One Hour Flight Lesson:

The Experience

Enjoy a one hour introductory flight lesson departing from one of our Irish airfield locations.

Once your instructor has taken you into the air you will take over the controls and fly the plane yourself. Enjoy the beautiful scenery below as you fly over the coast and mountains.

Vital Information

Experience Hunters must be at least 13 years old. Maximum weight of participants is 115 kg/18 stone.

The Weather

For safety reasons this flight is dependent on visibility and wind conditions. In case of unsuitable weather conditions experience hunters will be informed on the date of the experience.

Session Length

Your flight lesson will last one hour. This includes engine start-up pre take off to engine shut-down post landing.

Numbers

This voucher is valid for one person to enjoy a one hour flight lesson in a light air craft.

Spectators

Are warmly welcome to watch you during your lesson witnessing you take off and land from our viewing gallery including restaurant facilities. Please feel free to bring a pair of binoculars and a camera.

What To Wear

Wear loose, comfortable clothing during your flight as the cockpit can get warm. Sunglasses are recommended all year round.

Dolphin and Whale Watching in Ireland The whole experience was amazing. The weather was also superb, which really added to the experience. The boat was bang on time and the guide, Nic Slocum was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, not just about the whales and dolphins, but also about the history and geography of the West Cork region and the Baltimore area in particular. The only disappointing point was that the whales didn't show up, but this was more than compensated for by the dolphins and they way they interact with the boat. Truly superb experience and highly recommended. anon
