Sligo Oyster & Wine Tasting

The Experience
Your experience will start in WB's Coffee House in Sligo overlooking the Garavogue river. You will taste a natural oyster to experience its pure sea flavour and then move onto a dressed version made with wild blackberry and gin.

The tasting doesn't stop there as you then sample a baked oyster with whiskey, cheese and herbs plus a light tempura option. Every tasting is served with freshly baked brown bread and sea butter and accompanied by a crisp glass of white wine.

The experience combines regional ingredients with creative culinary preparations and your host will be on hand to guide you through each style while explaining the origins of Sligo Bay oysters.
