During this private tour, you will be accompanied by an experienced winemaker to discover this magnificient vineyard in the best way posible. On foot, mountain bike, scooter or gyropod, you will have access to the vineyards of the Haute-Olive!
During this 8km (5 miles) walk, you will learn more about the terroir surrounding the vineyards and its symbols with several scheduled stops long the way.
You will be able to taste, in the middle of the vineyards, 6 different wines accompanied by local products from Chinon and the stories of Rabelais.
Afterwards, you will visit the truffle farm with an explanation of truffle growing and finish with a visit to the cellar with commentary and a wine tasting in the vat. The stages of production in the cellar will no longer hold any secrets for you!
To round off the visit, you will have the opportunity to taste a glass of Crémant de Loire!
