The Camden Market Food Tour for Two is an official guided experience developed with Camden Market itself. It offers a deeper look at London’s largest and most varied market, using food as the way in. Led by an expert guide, the tour focuses on quality vendors and distinctive flavours rather than passing trends.
The experience begins with one of Camden’s most popular street food dishes, freshly prepared birria tacos known for their slow-cooked richness. From there, you’ll visit a local micro-distillery, where you’ll sample award-winning gin and learn about its production. A buttery pastry filled with roasted pork follows, adding comfort and balance to the tasting journey.
Traditional British food plays a key role as the tour continues. You’ll enjoy a selection of British cheeses sourced from different parts of the UK, served with unexpected accompaniments and paired with a local London cider. As you explore further into the market, your guide leads you through its lesser-known paths before introducing a dish inspired by both Chinese and Mediterranean cooking, served with Italian wine.
The experience finishes with a carefully chosen dessert that brings everything together. Throughout the tour, stories about Camden’s history help explain how the area became a hub for music, fashion and food. As with every tour, a Secret Dish remains hidden until the day.

Your meeting spot will be outside The Worlds End Pub opposite Camden Town Tube Entrance. Your guide will be waiting with an orange umbrella so they are easy to spot.
You can always tell your guide of any food allergies or special dietary requirements. We have had many vegetarians doing the tour and they all enjoyed it thoroughly. We will adapt the menu so you can fully enjoy the tour!
Unfortunately we can not accommodate gluten and lactose free diet, some of the traditional shops we go to use gluten or lactose in all their food.
