If the activity you pick costs more than €500, you just pay the extra amount when you check out, while any leftover balance stays on your voucher for next time.
When you settle on an experience, you redeem your code online to secure your date and venue. You will then get all the relevant information sent over, covering arrival times, location details, and anything specific you need to take with you.
