The London Bridge Food Tour is a guided walking experience that explores classic British dishes through local knowledge. Led by passionate guides, the tour focuses on food found around London Bridge and Borough Market.
The experience begins in Borough Market with a bacon and egg bap prepared fresh on the day. This simple dish reflects the city’s love of practical and satisfying food. From there, you’ll enjoy award-winning fish and chips that highlight careful cooking and good ingredients. A traditional sausage roll follows, offering crisp pastry and a well-seasoned filling.
The tour then moves to a historic pub, where you’ll sample a selection of English cheeses. These are served with fruit, crackers and chutney, alongside a local beer or cider. This stop offers time to sit down while learning how British cheese has developed over time.
To finish, you’ll enjoy a classic English dessert that rounds out the experience. As you walk between stops, your guide explains how the London Bridge area became an important food destination. Stories about the market help connect each dish to its surroundings. As with every tour, a Secret Dish remains hidden until the day.

Your meeting spot is outside Evans Cycle Shop near London Bridge Station: 6 Tooley St, SE1 2SY. Evans Cycle Shop is on two floors - please meet at the top on Dukes Street Hill - outside Evans Cycle Shop - which is opposite the Barrowboy and Banker Pub and next to London Bridge. . Your guide will be waiting with an orange umbrella so they are easy to spot.
The tour will end by the Tower Bridge very near to London Bridge Station.
You can always tell your guide of any food allergies or special dietary requirements. We have had many vegetarians doing the tour and they all enjoyed it thoroughly. We will adapt the menu so you can fully enjoy the tour!

Spectators are not allowed but can join in the tour with their own voucher.
To join the London Bridge Food Tour you should wear comfortable shoes. There will be around 1.5 hours of walking but it is not too difficult. If you walk slowly, then our guide will walk slowly as well.
Your London Bridge Food Tour can be booked from 10:30am Tuesday - Sunday, however we advise booking at least two weeks prior for best availability.
Children are quite welcome and it's free for any child 2 years or under. We can give them non-alcoholic drinks and you are free to enjoy the tour with your entire family of all ages.
